Daily Self=Grading Form

Directions:  Each day put a grade into the boxes above between 50 and 100 on how you feel you did that day.  Date the top box.  The more grades you insert, the higher your average grade will be.  If you are absent on a given day, draw a horizontal line ___in those boxes.  Base your grade on how well you feel you did in that category on that day.  You will ALWAYS have a Daily Log.  You will ALWAYS do something in regard to your studio work.  The other three may be left blank except for those days that you actually take notes or write your test.  Notes taken from research (reading books) can also be considered for that row.  If you work on your test on a given day, you can count that work and grade it as well, even though you may not have finished the test.
